Business Data Checklist
Discover the data
your business already has.
Explore potentially valuable records, workflows, and expertise across your business. Build an inventory to understand what you have before considering a data license.

Green highlights = higher potential to explore. These examples can be especially useful when they contain expert reasoning, verified outcomes, linked history, or distinctive observations.
Shading is an editorial guide—not a price estimate, buyer offer, or permission to share. Unshaded items can also be valuable.
How to use the highlights
Read “What strengthens it” on each item. The green label assumes that useful context exists; a basic file with the same name may have much less value. Actual interest depends on the buyer’s task, quality, relevance, rights, preparation effort, and available alternatives. More records or sensitive information do not automatically mean more value. This is a broad discovery guide, not an exhaustive list or a buyer’s approved submission list.
More filters & sorting
Industry selections include common business examples by default. “Other / general business” starts with the common checklist.

CSV contains all “We have this” and “Unsure” items, regardless of filters. A backup includes every response, optional note, and custom item; restore it on another browser or device.
Turn your inventory into better questions.
Identify the internal contact for each asset, confirm what can be shared, and decide which records deserve a closer look. Then explore the licensing process, the work involved, and the questions to ask a prospective partner.
Explore data licensing →The licensing guide includes referral links. Jason may receive compensation if a referred company meets a partner’s program requirements.
No company files are requested or uploaded by this tool. Optional notes and selections are stored in this browser when available, so avoid confidential details and use general internal labels. Clearing browser data can remove your inventory; download a backup to keep a copy. Marking an item “We have this” does not establish ownership or permission to license it.
